At Fibipress, we strive to provide a satisfying learning experience for all our students. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. We have established the following refund policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for refund requests:

  • Refund requests are only eligible for students who have enrolled in a paid course on Fibipress.
  • Refund requests must be made before the start of the first class of the course.

To request a refund, the student must send an email to support@fibipress.com, stating the reason for the refund request and providing their full name and student details.

  • Once a valid refund request is received, we will process the refund within 14 business days.
  • The refund amount will be transferred back to the original payment method used for the enrollment.

Students who meet the eligibility criteria and request a refund within the specified timeframe will receive a full refund of the course fee.

  • Refund requests made after the start of the first class of the course will not be eligible for a refund.

Once a student has completed the first class of the course, they will not be eligible for a refund, even if they decide not to continue with the course.
